See the scope behind the price.
The proposed starting point is a $750 Vendor Workflow Assessment. Recurring-service prices below are planning assumptions, without customer validation.
New onboarding and payments are paused. These figures help frame a fit discussion; a service commitment would require confirmed availability and a written agreement.
| Scope | Active vendors | Per month | One-time setup | Exception-review cap Hours per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core 50 | Up to 50 | $995 | $1,500–$2,000 | 4 |
| Growth 100 | 51–100 | $1,495 | $2,500–$3,000 | 7 |
| Portfolio 150 | 101–150 | $2,195 | $3,500–$4,500 | 10 |
What a recurring scope would need to define
- Active vendors, sites, document types, and the number of distinct requirement lists.
- Monthly document volume, new-vendor volume, follow-up attempts, and review limits.
- A standard import/export format, a report schedule, and who handles each decision.
- A written process for extra work before any additional charge.
- Data handling, cancellation, export, and implementation terms before service begins.
Exception hours are a maximum for scheduled administrative review. They are not reserved staffing, unlimited chasing, or live support. A final scope must be sustainable even when the agreed allowance is used.
When the price would make sense
The service would need to remove enough recurring work to justify its fee. For example, $995 a month equals 19.9 staff hours at an assumed loaded cost of $50 per hour, before setup costs. That is a comparison, not a claim of savings.
If your team spends only a few hours a month on this workflow, self-service software or an improved internal process is likely the better starting point.
Other costs
You would retain the cost of any systems you choose to keep. The proposed VendorCurrent fee includes its standard workflow, messaging, reporting, and import/export. Vendor participation would be free. Custom integrations and licensed professional work are outside the standard scope.
There is no current annual prepayment offer, paid add-on, or online subscription. See the assessment scope to discuss a specific need.
